Neighborhood Meetings:  Harlow Neighbors hold general meetings on an irregular basis. All meetings are held at Monroe Middle School, 2800 Bailey Lane. The executive committee meets to discuss issues which affect our residents and to plan the agenda for each general meeting. Any resident is invited to attend these meetings.
